Villa Gendang Bali
HOUSE RULES
These House Rules apply to all guests and other persons that stay at any time at Villa Gendang. These House Rules apply in addition to any terms and conditions that apply between the guests and any booking agents. In the event of any inconsistency, these House Rules prevail.
RENTAL PRICE PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable down-payment of the total rental price should be made by bank transfer to confirm the booking within 48 hours after booking confirmation.
The remaining 50% of the rental price should be made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Standard check-in time is 2.00 pm. Check-out time is 12.00 am. Early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated based on availability.
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
All quests shall be registered by the villa who shall be allowed to take and retain passport photocopies. A registration form shall be signed by the guests.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon check in, a security deposit of 10% of the total rental price is due in cash to cover any obligation incurred while a guest in Villa Gendang. Any unused balance will be refunded to the guest within ten days from check-out.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The villa’s maximum occupancy is 10 persons, unless agreed otherwise upon confirmation of the booking.
VEHICLE PARKING
Two cars may be parked at the villa parking at no charge at the risk of its owner or user.
SMOKING POLICY, NO OPEN FIRE
Smoking is allowed outdoors only. No open fire shall be permitted, other than BBQ operated by the villa staff.
ELECTRICITY
Voltage is 220V. If you need any adapter, please ask our staff.
PETS POLICY
Pets are not allowed
CARE FOR OUR ENVIRONMENT
Please be rational with the use of water and electricity. Please keep the premises and villa clean and deposit litter in the available dustbins and cigarettes in ashtrays.
SWIMMING POOL
There is no life guard on duty in the pool area. Guests swim at their own risk and children below the age of 14 should at all times be under the strict supervision of a responsible adult while at the villa premises.
RESPONSIBILITY
None of the villa owner, operator or manager, their directors and shareholders or the villa staff shall be responsible for or liable to any person for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality arising from whatsoever reason while staying in the villa, or occurring at the villa premises. Force majeure events (such as power interruption and weather conditions) are for the risk and account of the guests.
DAMAGE TO VILLA PROPERTY
Guests are required to leave the villa and its premises in the condition it was upon arrival, clean, tidy and undamaged. Villa inventory is not to be taken out of the villa premises. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused to the villa and its inventory, the villa’s premises or any property during their stay. At the day of check-out, the guests shall allow villa staff to check in his/her presence all of the villa and its contents to confirm that they are undamaged.
NO DISRESPECTFUL OR UNLAWFUL BEHAVIOUR
Voices, televisions, sound systems or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level throughout the day and night. All guests shall refrain from disorderly behavior and shall treat the villa staff and local community with respect. It is not allowed to bring inside the premises of Villa Gendang any drugs, combustible materials, fireworks, firearms, explosive or hazardous or toxic substances or to commit any unlawful act inside or from the villa premises.
COMPLAINT
The villa staff is at your service during your stay for providing information and assistance or attend to any complaint you may have.
WEBSITE
No warranty is given that the information provided on the villa website is error free. We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions and reserve the right to change the information published at any time and without notice.
